I really should have taken a before photo, but honestly, if your toilet looked like mine, you wouldn't want to see it. The bottom of my toilet was covered in a horrible brown stain and no matter how I scrubbed it with a toilet brush and all sorts of cleaning products, I couldn't get the stain off. It was awkward. I really hated when guests used my bathroom because I always wondered if they thought I never cleaned my toilet. It looked disgusting! After receiving the Bio-Clean, I drained the water from the bowl and left this product in it overnight. The next morning I was able to brush off the rough brown growth with an old toothbrush. In addition, the product is not uncomfortable to use. Smells faintly of Aquafresh. By the way, it was also very pleasant to deal with this company. I did not receive my order at first (packages sometimes get lost in the city). When I informed them that I did not receive the product, they responded and took great care of me. This is the company you want to do business with. Thanks for a great product team. Now I don't have to worry every time someone uses the bathroom or installs a new toilet.
