Not true to size, very small, not very wide and uncomfortable
I wear 7.5 WIDE and was glad to get these shoes. I also have insoles that I have to wear due to my flat feet. I don't usually buy New Balance but I've seen these and loved them. When I opened the box I was happy with the style but they looked small and not as wide as other shoes I have or buy. I tried the shoes with the original insert and they were SHORT in the toe, TUT and NOT WIDE. Out of curiosity, I tried putting my inserts in the boot and they didn't even fit. These are NOT WIDE shoes and they are SMALL.
