It looked great. It is very easy to install and configure. I'm very tech savvy, but even a person with limited tech skills can set this up. With my DSL connection it worked immediately. Then it started, a day later it shuts down, requiring a router reboot, a dsl modem reboot, or a PC reboot, and sometimes all three. In most cases, resetting the router helps. But it's absolutely annoying. Your support is terrible and incompetent. From what I've read elsewhere, this is a common problem for almost everyone who has purchased this product. Spend a little more money and get something reliable. I can't imagine this company staying in business much longer.
