They blink but remain silent.
Connected to my car for testing (with LED turn signals). At first I didn't think they worked because I didn't hear a click when they blinked, but then I realized they worked but were silent. I was hoping to get a click or beep from them (one of the other reviewers said it made a noise) so I'm a bit disappointed in their silence but the description doesn't say they do so I guess not. there is something to complain about.
