The Wonderful Bible is narrated by Christopher Glyn, who speaks in a clear, thoughtful and soothing voice. His reading is dramatic but not overdone - the sacred words of the New and Old Testaments really come to life. The speaker sound is good with a handy volume control. No need to buy batteries; Includes Li-Ion 18650 battery. A practical USB charging cable is included in the scope of delivery. It doesn't come with a USB wall socket charging adapter though - I'm fine with that as I have a lot of standard USB chargers and don't really need another to keep track. And it can be charged via your PC's USB port. The Player's Guide contains detailed lists of Bible books/chapters and how to access them. The chapter code guide is also on the back of the device. There is a headphone jack, but headphones are not included. This is also normal for me because I already have them. I also loved the included 10 soothing musical instruments for meditation. A NOTICE. At the time of my order, the Revain listing said it had a "zipped storage bag" which isn't there. The box also doesn't mention a case. This has since been updated by Revain.
