Review on Norpro 3128 Spaetzle Maker by Allison Utschig

I bought this spaetzle maker in the hope that it would be my first time making spaetzle. Everything went well and I had a good time rolling the car back and forth and the tiny sand doughs fell out as advertised. I had to add water to the dough to make it soft enough to fall. About 3/4 of the way through, the plastic handle melted and the remaining batter fell into the boiling water in one big lump. Not funny. I'm sending them back. Plastic just can't take the heat. It's really hard for you not to burn your hands.
