The XTL range sucks!: Office electronics
Dymo XTL 300 is a piece of junk. The device no longer recognizes its cartridges. The device does not allow you to manually enter and print cartridge information. Factory reset doesn't work, software update doesn't work, cleaning sensors and pens with alcohol doesn't work, new cartridges don't work, Dymo support will only tell you the above. The XTL looks really great, so it's a really good paperweight.
