Minor flaw but great all round
The item arrived on time and was properly packaged to avoid bending or bending prevent scratching the corners in the way. I noticed a small problem: the bottom left corner of the first page was folded over so the wire couldn't fully attach it to the notebook during production. I would like to stress that I consider this a very minor downside given the size and weight of the pillow; So I just took it off and put it on the end in case I still want to use it. It was done and it was as good as it gets. I still think it's a very good product.
