Review on RotaNet by Barry Hill

I like how easy it was to set up, customize as needed & use across multiple platforms! The customer service team at Rotanet are very responsive when questions arise during implementation/setup process - they're always willing help you out with any issues we've had so far (which have been few). There's not much about this product itself which really stands above other products in our current market space but their support staff has done an excellent job getting us setup quickly without too many hiccups along way. Our main goal initially from implementing Roatannet into one place rather than having several systems within different departments / teams etc., however now there isn't anything else required by my department anymore since all communications can be funneling through here instead via email directly between myself + client manager if need arises vs past where emails would go back forth.
