Review on Pac2Go Universal Travel Adapter with Quad USB Charger - Surge/Spike Protected All-in-One Plug, Fast Charging USB Ports, International Power Socket for 192 Countries - 4XUSB by Leonard Herrera

I bought this adapter for a month trip to Europe. When I received the adapter I tested it to make sure it worked well, which it did (obviously I couldn't test the international plugs, but there was no problem with the US plug and my devices connected just fine with powered). However, I have found that the adapter emits a very faint hum that is barely audible. I've noticed similar noises with regular USB adapters and I'm pretty sure it's not a serious problem. However, I contacted Pac2Go about the noise as I didn't want to have any problems with it when traveling and also asked for a replacement for my product. They responded with an explanation of the noise saying it's normal with some adapters and also sent me a new version without reclaiming the old one. The new one also worked perfectly, but without noise. I thought it was great customer service from them. When traveling I have used the adapter to charge my phone from a USB outlet and my camera's battery from a regular outlet, sometimes charging both at the same time. The adapter worked great throughout the trip and I had no issues with it. One note: while the adapter is fairly compact, it was still large enough not to fit into outlets that were in corners or near awkward sloping surfaces. Overall I highly recommend this product.
