Update bar ends.

These handlebar ends are designed to cover the handlebar holes. They can be inserted into any handlebar hole (1) and then tightened with the hex key provided with each order. Don't overtighten. I would use steel wool in each bar hole or sandpaper before installing the bar caps. Run a clean rag through each cleaned handlebar before installing new caps. This is because the caps on each end grip better once tightened. :€)
