This cheese grater offers excellent value for money. Obviously you're not getting an incredibly durable product for the price, but you're getting one that's backed by great customer service. My cheese grater broke after a few months of good use and I filed a warranty claim with the company. They got back to me quickly and sent me a new grater free of charge. Pros: 1) Works well 2) Very easy to clean 3) Easy to use for soft foods (I mostly use it for cheese) 4) Great customer service, lifetime warranty support Cons: 1) Broke after a few months of use (but was replaced) 2) More of a "chopper" than a "grater" - ideal for soft foods.
