These clip on strainers are great. Very easy to use, just clip it to the side of what you are using. They are suitable for pans and/or bowls of different sizes. The clamps have a strong enough grip that draining the fat from the 24-ounce ground beef didn't let it slip or move at all. And they are also suitable for wide-lipped bowls. I've never reached for a colander since I bought them. My mom cooks a lot so I buy her a set. Definitely recommend to anyone who cooks even a little bit. You will be just as happy with them as I am.
