Bought this to clean the threads on my camper van eyelets well enough. The nuts were loosened for the first time. The tool cleaned them well enough to improve the nut fit. I love the two piece unit and the fact that you can use a standard 1" head to power it. Too bad I didn't get the standard matrix. But the tool helped. So I'm fine.
