Easily cuts heavy aluminum shower doors

I purchased a Kohler Levity shower door a few years ago and finally installed it in my new shower room last month. I should also mention that this Levity door is a 59" x 74" 3/8" thick version that sells for over $1,000. Each of the glass doors hanging upside down weighs around 60-70 pounds to wear both fully. all around the soul. This headboard is a piece of very strong aluminum and needs to be cut very precisely to fit the available floor space. I knew there was no real hope of making it that precise how to do it with a hacksaw in a miter box as advertised on the door. A power miter saw for the job. That's all. It cut cleaner, easier and more accurate than I could have hoped. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. I can't comment on the durability of the blade with regular use other than to vouch for its thickness and noting that it's not a thin kerf I can tell you it's been very clean and no fuss a few more times very much cut cleanly into my beefy aluminum pole.
