Review on πŸ₯’ Paderno World Cuisine Vegetable Slicer Spiralizer Pro: Folding 4-Blade, Counter-Mounted with 4 Stainless Steel Blades by Miriam Moore

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Spiralizer Paderno World Cuisine Pro, 4 blades.

Durable, easy to clean and easy to use. I liked the extra 4 blades and the blade storage feature and lid and I chose this model over the 3 blade Paderno because of these features. They justify the extra charge. The blades are stored safely and securely and can be cleaned along with the blades in the storage area. Love the fact that it has a "door" to keep the storage area clean when I want to store my spiralizer in the garage with the rest of the kitchen appliances - and so far it hasn't crawled out. . Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to set everything up or put it back in place and put the lid on. You can clean it, rinse it and all the water will drain out through the bottom drain holes. I eat more vegetables and feel better. I have zucchini, cucumber, rutabagas, jicama, butternut squash and once, since I can't eat much at all, very small sweet potatoes. I usually prepare my cauliflower "rice" or "couscous" with a grater, but it makes the vegetarian "rice" or "couscous" easier to prepare if you spiral it first and then finish in a food processor. I haven't used a skewer very often until now. I've made apple noodles as well as baked apple chips and they came out really well and it's a good, delicious, guilt-free dessert. I'm having a lot of fun with my Spiralizer and I highly recommend the Paderno Pro 4 blade. At the moment, the book I like and use the most is Inspiralized by Alyssandra Maffucci, although I also like Laura Moore's The Vegetable Spiralizer Cookbook as well as JS Amie's My Paderno Spiralizer Cookbook.
