SteelCentral is reliable and easy to use. I have used it for years with no problems. It is easy to configure and manage the applications of the clients. I use the application for the day to day operations of my clients. I have not encountered any problems with SteelCentral. I recommend using SteelCentral to all organizations. SteelCentral has great value for the customers who have applications. I use SteelCentral to ensure customer satisfaction of the product and services. The ability to integrate with our ERP system which allows us to see critical issues as they occur in real time so we can react quickly rather than waiting days or weeks before an issue becomes apparent. I wish it had more features though some are very specific depending on your needs but this product has been great at solving any problems i have encountered thus far! Easy integration into existing applications and reporting tools.
