Didn't notice any difference

Didn't help with jet lag at all. That first day on earth was very difficult for me. I can't stay awake, I sleep most of the day. I didn't see anything in the ingredients that would change that, but I bought it based on the reviews. The ingredients seemed like a hangover cure to me, which of course is a good thing. However, this did not change my jet lag when I went to Paris (13 hour drive). I
