Not the same. Please inquire before ordering.

What I received was not a ProArt book. It's Nicole's book called Premiere. All in all it might not matter much but Pro Art books have a board/paper like surface, these books have teeth. If that's what you're looking for, then this is the book. I prefer smooth, like real ProArt books.
