The product is excellent I would give it 5 stars. I have a problem with sellers. I have ordered this item 3 times in new condition. I ordered the first one for my brother and it came in the package in new condition. I liked it so much that I ordered the same one, also in NEW condition. It turned out to be second hand, dirty and smelled of mold. Returned. Tried again from another seller, order in NEW condition. This arrived lightly used and slightly soiled, with a scratched swell cap on the inside. Also returned. If I ordered it used I'd be happy with it, but since I paid extra for a new one I really want a NEW one. So if you want a NEW carrier, roll the dice based on what you actually get.
