Makes cooking over an open fire easier
I always take this campsite with me. I cook steaks, burgers, toast and bagels, perfect for morning eggs and bacon. If using on an open fire, be sure to purchase a grate like the one in my picture to raise over the fire and place the gristle on top. Without a trellis, this flat-top ballast doesn't work very well.
