🍳 Coghlan's Two Burner Non-Stick Camp Griddle: Convenient & Portable Cooking Solution, 16.5 x 10-Inches Black Review

I always take this campsite with me. I cook steaks, burgers, toast and bagels, perfect for morning eggs and bacon. If using on an open fire, be sure to purchase a grate like the one in my picture to raise over the fire and place the gristle on top. Without a trellis, this flat-top ballast doesn't work very well.

A great addition to a camp kitchen. Perfect for the Coleman 2-burner camp stove and won't warp or bend over uneven heat (hot burner on one end for dogs, low burner on the other end with a pot of beans on it). Please note that it is not very deep. Make sure your stovetop is very level before placing the scrambled eggs on it, or they will spill out of the bottom. Not that we learned that the hard way.

Haven't used this griddle yet but it came with a nick on the handle which I had to file out. The cover on the opposite handle had also chipped off. This griddle was shipped in an unprotected plastic bag so I am assuming it was damaged in transit. I'm also concerned that it will warp when heated in a camp stove because the aluminum is so thin. Okay, this is my second Coghlans pan. The first disappeared after being used on some tailgate rides and camping trips. While this pot is really easy to clean and a good size, I'm not sure the designer actually used it camping. If you go camping, you know that picnic tables are almost always unbalanced. I have several pieces of wood of different thicknesses that I can put under the legs of a picnic table to balance the table and it's never perfect. And because the rim of the pan isn't very high,

While this pan is good value compared to most other similar pans (like Coleman) it's a really good deal. It fits very snugly over a Coleman Triton 2 burner stove (with or without an igniter) and while it cannot be stored inside the oven, it packs neatly with the stove into the medium stove carry case. As for cooking, it works really well as long as you understand it's not cast iron. Because it's cast aluminum, it heats up very quickly and doesn't hold up well. Because of this, I can't think of…
