I have been using Engius equipment for years for security cameras. Yes instructions almost don't exist but on the website and support is awesome. I set this up in bridge mode between 2 building as far away as 3 city blocks but must be in line if site and it will work great for you.*** If you are not a computer tech with network experienced you will never figure out how to set this up***** on that note this is a great product that will give you the bandwidth you are looking for at a distended of 3 city blocks.
