AMS Offline - Not the best customer service experience

The customer service team has been very accomidating of my questions/concerns even when I was not able to reach them over email (which happens often). When you are signed up with amsoffline it's impossible to log into your account without knowing someone who works there! Be wary because they take advantage easily & will charge extra fees after their initial discount expires or if something goes wrong that causes an issue at any point during training- which can be costly sometimes depending upon what type of membership plan one signs up under - i believe 1 month = 10 classes per member so 3 months would equal 30 memberships worth $60 each? There were many times where I felt like all communication went through people other than me regarding billing discrepancies etc but again this could just have simply changed employees as well. We've tried multiple different methods such as direct payment from our own funds which never clears while using credit cards. This seems too complicated since we only pay.
