The customer service team has been very accomidating of my questions/concerns even when I was not able to reach them over email (which happens often). When you are signed up with amsoffline it's impossible to log into your account without knowing someone who works there! Be wary because they take advantage easily & will charge extra fees after their initial discount expires or if something goes wrong that causes an issue at any point during training- which can be costly sometimes depending upon
