My husband LOVES this. He uses it every chance he gets. Pretty soon we're both going to have our first heart attacks. I've never liked bacon with those greasy curls. Pooh. But with this bacon press (it looks like a PIG!) I eat every bite of that flattened bacon because it tastes so good. If you haven't tried bacon made with a bacon press, do it! And if you haven't eaten chilled bacon before, try it after cooking! My husband loves this bacon because it's round and perfect for our raised skillet. I've seen a lot of fat coming off the bacon, you want a raised pan.
