I received these switches because they said they were rated for 20 amps, it seems the seller has already changed the description but the photos still show that they are designed for 20 amps (as of 08/01/2021). These switches definitely can't handle 20 amps. Maximum 5-10 amps. The original switch I replaced was 15 amps and looked a lot more powerful than this. After using this switch for 2 weeks, it started to get stuck in the ON position, indicating that it cannot handle the current load and is about to fail. The original switch lasted over 10 years before it started to stick. Also, the size is smaller than the original and there is jitter in the aperture. large power tools or power packs that require more power.
