Works great if you buy the right one. Continue reading.

You will need to identify which middle connector of your vehicle's trailer wiring is "BRAKE" or "AUXILIARY". AUX is hot all the time to charge the battery of the dragged device. BRAKE is only displayed when the vehicle's brake pedal and/or electric brake control is pressed to apply the electric brakes. The CURT 57660 adapter is designed for the "BRAKE" center pin. The CURT 57260 adapter is designed for the central "AUX" contact. If you zoom in on the standard Revain images posted with the listing, you can see that the raised guide plate on the adapter is labeled "AUX" or "BRAKE" to indicate the center pin wiring configuration.

Pros
  • COMFORTABLE HAND. The ergonomic design of this trailer wiring adapter makes it easy to connect trailer wiring and lighting. It has side tabs for better grip when plugged in or unplugged from a vehicle.
Cons
  • The list is getting long.
