I was looking for a high quality, easy to attach and detach pannier for my e-bike. I carry a large New York Kryptonite U-lock and a cable lock. Both fit easily in a bag and leave enough space. This is without a doubt the highest quality bag I have found. It is not flexible like some insulated bags. It feels almost like leather but is waterproof. There is a zipped pocket on the top, one on each side of the bag, two small mesh pockets inside and I must have forgotten a few others. With one Velcro strap on each side and two on the front, it's easy to put on and take off. It doesn't move while you drive. Very happy with my purchase!
