After redoing the floors, I finally got a regular entrance mat (before the floor height was too high, I couldn't use the mat) and I stumbled across this mat and I love it so much! It really keeps track of all the dirt and derbies out there, I don't have to constantly vacuum around the entrance like I used to. It's also waterproof, so I can just let my wet shoes dry before putting them away (my entryway and shoe closet have hardwood floors). Also, my door has a slight angle, so one side of the rug is slightly higher than the other, but it never slips, even with small children running around or a lot of guests coming in. The gray color goes very well with my carpet. I highly recommend it!
