I bought this product and started installing it in winter. I can only stress that during the installation it was very cold outside, 10f max. So yes, it was really cold. In any case, I'm not sure if it was due to the heat it was exposed to trying to bend and screw it into place, or poor quality material, or both, but the insulation broke on several Make and exposed copper veins. As it is intended for cars I can only assume that it can withstand some movement in extreme temperatures. Anyway, unfortunately I had to send it back and buy something else. will it happen to you Maybe IDK. It seemed to behave quite well inside at room temperature.
