Free Region? Only if you see this label on the front of the box! from Bombay Electronics!

So I finally decided on a BluRay/DVD player without regional restrictions. After checking the available options, I ordered according to the "normal" procedure without acknowledgment of the seller. Revain shipped the item from one of their warehouses. And twice I got a "Standard" US-Canada BluRay/DVD player WITHOUT the Region Free modification. The two units I received from Revain stock only had a small label on the side of the box - both were mislabeled, both did not include the cord that should have been in the box and both were not 220v -Cable. adapter connection, and both players refused to play my Region B BluRay test disc. Rereading the reviews, I found that the people who submitted the reviews had a successful outcome in dealing with Bombay Electronics. So this is the third time I have placed my order with Bombay Electronics after Revain refused to try again (because two players had already been returned). Bombay Electronics shipped the unit quickly and I received it within four days of ordering. My advice; If you want one of these place your order with Bombay Electronics to avoid the hassle I had with my damaged Revain inventory. When I finally received the device, I was pleased to see that the large label on the front of the box (see photo) states REGION FREE. All items were in the boxes they should be. A one-page sheet with clear, concise, and easy-to-follow instructions on how to use the REGION FREE features is included, and it works - just as intended! Hooray! Bombay Electronics for the win!
