Not medium hard, more like medium soft
Bought because of the high rating and durability. It's actually more of a 20-18 density versus the 26-33 you'd expect for the average company. It will also soften significantly overnight for those sleeping in a hot state. The foam is nice but I would only advise using it if you want a medium soft feel. The lid also slid with the legs attached. A sticky-backed carpet can fix this. The note photos show a 20lb weight with a 2 inch mark so you can see it on a new medium firm mattress after 2 weeks of use. The last picture is the mattress itself which is average firm.
