When I bought this to organize my kids distance learning packs, I didn't realize the hanging compartment separating it from the drawer didn't have a bottom. I've bought suspension files and sometimes one of the folders will slip off the rail they are on causing it to fall into the open top of the drawer and snag on things in the drawers. It also keeps you from placing things like books on top. Definitely a disappointment and doesn't do the job I bought it for. The crate is just a metal basket that slides in and out of a hole in the floor so if you pull it out more than 2 inches it will fall out. Mine is in a drawer right now so when my kids go to get their school stuff out of the drawer it just falls out and we have to put it away. A real waste.
