When I received this product there was a distinct knock on one of the corners of one of the shelves as if it had been dented. The paper construction was very visible on this small piece, but it was one of the back corners, so I kept building. I really enjoyed collecting this product because it was the first time I saw it in this way. When I ordered I didn't even know it was a paper product. I only chose it because it was the perfect size for what I needed. So for the money I paid, which was $15 to $20 more than a large chipboard bookcase from the grocery store, I really expected a little more. higher quality. When assembling this bookcase, you quickly realize that you can't lift it up or down; You have to assemble it, place things on it, and move it around without ever lifting it. When you lift it, one of the shelves easily detaches. The glue just isn't strong enough. Still, I had enough confidence in its strength to put something on it, hoping the weight would make the glue stick harder. As soon as I felt comfortable, I started loading other shelves and everything has been fine ever since. Having had the TV and weight for a while I wonder if the adhesive has improved with the weight, but I won't pick it up to test. JUST DON'T INCREASE IT. SLIDE THIS. It's very expensive, but unfortunately it's the perfect size for me. The size is unique, it is very difficult to find another bookshelf of this size and color. So I keep it.
