You're done for a while! The pouches are a little big for what I'm cooking (they weren't medium sized) but they still work. When I tie a zipper, I cut off the excess. For the money it's totally worth it. I used to buy them at the grocery store for over $2 each. I love this product. Any meat I cook in it turns out tender and juicy.
