I like that it allows us to collect all data in one place, so we can easily access our customer's information. It is very easy for users who are not familiarized with computers or internet to use this program. Sometimes when we try to open files from other programs they will be corrupt. We have been able to solve this issue by downloading another copy of the file. There are many benefits using this system including being able to organize all of your records into one folder. I like that it is very simple to use, you can easily add new users in minutes! It's also easy for non-technical people or students who are not familiar with computers/software applications <br>.
