The best feature about this program is that it gives me the ability to view all my reports at once, so that I don't have to keep looking back and forth between different tabs in order to check important information like hours worked, vacation days taken, etc. It also gives me the ability to search through all of my employees' information very easily and effectively. This makes finding particular entries much more efficient for myself. There really isn't anything I can say that I dislike at this point. It has been working well since we implemented it almost a year ago, and there really haven't been any problems with it. It's really easy to navigate around because everything is organized into sections for each department (as you would expect from something called DataMaxx), as well as sub-sections for each employee within each department. It's nice having these options available when searching through your employee information.
