Review on Bravex Air Operated Grease Gun: 14oz Automatic Professional Continuous Cycle Pneumatic Tool by Aaron Allen

I didn't leave 5 stars just because I had to claim under warranty. Otherwise I am satisfied with the purchase. The gun worked perfectly the first 10 times I used it, but then it suddenly started spewing lube all over the place whether the trigger was pulled or not. As soon as I turned on the air, it became one big party. I checked the documentation that came with the gun to see if there was an FAQ addressing this issue and I saw that they have a 2 year warranty. I emailed them immediately with the problem, I got a response within 24 hours and a unit replacement within 5 days of request. No questions were asked. Super easy, the new gun works perfectly and I am a happy customer. Sometimes things fail for one reason or another, but one thing that should never be is customer service and these guys stand squarely behind their product. Don't hesitate to buy, they will come in handy!
