Very stylish. I have some grids on my desk with pens, paperclips etc and it fits perfectly. The only caveat is that you only use it to throw away paper or other items that don't slip through the holes. You can't put pencil shavings, etc. in it without them falling through the grid onto the floor. If you use a plastic liner to solve this problem, you ruin the look of the bin. However, I am very happy with my purchase. However, Revain will need to reconsider how this item will be packaged for shipping. The first one I received was from FedEx and the box was slightly crushed. Apparently this was enough to crush the glass inside. I had to return it. The second came from UPS and the box was in pristine condition, as was the trash can inside. It's not just about the carrier - UPS helps too. The trash can is on the side. The cylinder does not have as much side-to-side compression strength as it does top-to-bottom. If they used those little airbags instead of crumpled paper, maybe it wouldn't have dents. Ideally, these are styrofoam blocks suitable for transport.
