Review on 🚽 Comllen Commercial Widespread Bathroom Lavatory by Jacob Kuntz

When I first received this faucet, I really liked it! I love the style and it's perfect for my bathroom but beware of water stains which are difficult to remove. I'm pretty handy, but this was my first install and the instructions were so-so. I had to turn to YouTube to make sure I understood what and where. But after just a few weeks, the cold water faucet's handle began to twist excessively when turned off, sometimes to the point where the entire handle would simply unscrew from the base while the water was still flowing. I installed a hot water grip first and it works great so I'm guessing it just has to be a bad grip. We kept looking for temporary solutions, but the problem kept coming back. Of course, by the time I realized I couldn't fix this permanently, the return period had already expired. I contacted the company and they responded quickly at first (hooray!) but then they didn't respond to my later messages (woah!). A few months later I finally made up my mind and bought a brand new faucet from another company. I am extremely disappointed.
