Comfortable, perfect for dress up and Halloween.

My daughter wears a size 10 so I ordered based on other reviews. A 10.5 gives her enough room to wear them for a while. My daughter has an average foot size .I think the shoes are made from medium to narrow.I understand why people might need to wear a few sizes up if their child has a wide foot.They light up when she walks,perfect for Halloween and she loves them!
