I bought these flexible furniture protector legs for folding chairs for my patio. Chair legs are about an inch long and only about 3/8 inch wide, and they constantly get stuck in the joists between the planks on the deck. The bases of the product have heavy duty woven round pads measuring one inch in diameter. I knew the pads would wear out pretty quickly, so I put 1" washers in the foot covers. This works pretty well except sometimes they slide off and I have to put them back on the chairs but like I said I don't really use them for the purpose they were made for. I can't fault the product but it does what I need it to do. They would work great around the house.
