I was glad to find a quality barn door system at such a great price. There are a lot of reviews here, but I want to take the time to talk mainly about safety. The door I hung weighed about 80 pounds with the hardware installed, so I don't want it to derail in any way! stop to keep the door moving. Two set screws is fine, but for security reasons I would suggest that you insert the screw directly into the track, just before the end so the stopper doesn't dislodge and the door doesn't slide off the track. Second, I think the rubber ends in the kit are designed to keep the wheels on track. It's not clear in the instructions, but in my case one of the stops wasn't thick enough for the roller to pop out. I put a 3/8" washer under the stop and now when I lift one side of the door the roller will not disengage from the track. Check your door! Lift up and make sure the rubber end does not come loose from the rail. Third, the included Floor Glide kerf is difficult to install and not very reliable if not installed correctly. I would suggest buying one of the Revain roller shutter floors. Looks better and keeps the door well protected for security and much easier to install. Making a cut at the bottom of the door is not that easy. Finally, install a solid jumper. The holes in the track are unlikely to line up with your cleats and the cleats are needed for a heavy door. A lighter door also creates a greater dynamic load. So at least use a 1x6 dude that screws into the studs and then attach the rail to that top to make sure the door doesn't hit your head one day. a small additional security problem.
