Purchased on March 31st. It worked great. We used it (on average) several times a week and it worked. Today is July 26th, so less than 4 months. Last night we noticed that it doesn't heat at all. The light comes on but doesn't even get warm. So now it's useless. I'm disappointed. I knew it wouldn't last forever, but 4 months seems like a very short amount of time for this to work. I would have given it a 4 before (it would have gotten a 5 if there had been some sort of max temperature where it would automatically shut off, or even a temperature sensor). But given the short lifespan, I need to lower it to 2.
