Terrible product, believe the bad reviews. I want to rate Zero. John Deere must revoke the manufacturer's license to manufacture. This reflects badly on their brand. The product chain was obtained with five open links and one completely broken. In other words, the word chain was completely broken, and no infinite loop made it completely useless. The tractor body flexes to the point where the chain cannot stay in place no matter how well you align the sprockets or adjust the tension. The quality of the chain and casing is so poor that it cannot withstand the stress required for a Petal tractor. Bought for our 4 year old grandson's birthday and now that we have to return him we don't have this present for his birthday. I also ordered a tractor trailer. Note that since we were charged $10.22 for returning a defective, poor quality, unusable tractor without a tractor, the trailer is useless. I think you will be charged too.
