Review on Set Of 2 Stainless Steel Disc Brake Rotors - 160Mm, 180Mm, And 203Mm Sizes With 6 Bolts For Road, Mountain, MTB, And BMX Bikes by Robert Helstrom

I ordered two pairs of rotors. Both were well made and completely flat, stamped with the Avid brand and the now discontinued HS1 model designation. After installing one set on a bike using BB7 brakes I noticed the pad contact area is about 2mm narrower than either Avid Roundagon or G2 Clean Sweep rotors. The HS1 rotors stop well with good modulation and are mostly quiet, however, I would recommend purchasing a G2 Clean Sweep for better stopping power and nearly equivalent cooling.
