Review on Strathmore 400 Series Assorted Colors 🎨 Pastel Pad - 9x12 Glue Bound, 24 Sheets by Tara Ford

I'm by no means an artist but I like quality products and was interested in trying pastels as I like home crafting. So I bought a Faber Castell pastel, UART 600 sandpaper and this paper. I've watched a few tutorials and I'm ready to give it a try. I decided to try this paper first as it is half the price of UART and I wasn't sure how it would work. This paper requires a huge amount of pastel and a lot of rubbing to cover the paper where you can't see the paper underneath. Not impressed but will give UART another try and wow what a difference. I used a lot less pastel colors and got full coverage. The type of paper made a big difference. So if for some reason you plan on showing your work, don't waste your money on this crap.
