Voltage fluctuates from 100% to 60% and back at very low load (30W). This is the third Apex/Allied power supply we're trying to use in this new DM-387 case. The original shipment that was in the case had the same issue as the replacement purchased from Newegg. So that's three. The computer I'm powering uses only 25 watts (measured). With overhead, the total power of the Seasonic 300 is 29W (including CPU, memory, m.2 SSD - no graphics) and it's absolutely stable. I'm assuming these Apex/Allied consumables have a low limit (i.e. minimum wattage is around 70 watts or more). The Seasonic doesn't fit properly as it gets in the way of the side fan. So I just removed the fan. I'll assume you're fine as it only draws 30 watts. If necessary, I attach the fan to the outside of the case.
