Seemed like a dream come true, until they stopped working. The most used drawers (silverware, lunch containers and lids) lasted about 3 months, then needed resetting by fully withdrawing the drawer and then putting it back in. This worked for a few weeks, and then stopped working. Now the drawers slam again, and one of them won't even stay closed - it is perpetually open about an inch and bounces right back out if you try to close it again. The only feature left is the full-extension (which is still awesome). I would like to contact the company, as they claim great customer service, but haven't found them yet. Part of great customer service would be easy accessibility.
